I’ve been around the block a few times, and what I’ve found is that the walk of the different courses is just as important as the retake process. The only way to learn how to be healthy and fit is to go on some courses, not watch videos.

 

1. Eat all day long what you’re in the mood for.

2. Drink plenty of fluids!

3. Get enough sleep!

4. Do not over-indulge. Just because you have a lot of energy doesn’t mean you’re not eating too much, especially when you’re trying to lose weight.

5. Take a break often. What’s done is done and sometimes a little break is just as good as a break as it is for healthy people.

6. Enjoy your time off work. When you’re working hard all the time, why not still be fun?

7. Stay organized. Keep track of your goals, set how many courses you want to take, and make sure your body is getting its own food. Also, keep an eye on exercise to make sure you’re providing the right nutrients to the right things.

8. Don’t be afraid to stop learning because you get old quickly! Learning can be continued until you don’t know anything new, or because you feel like it’s history that has been forgotten.

9. Use up your time in other ways than learning. learn from people, write about people, or watch videos about people who have influenced you.

10. Try new things and if it doesn’t work out, tryatechz again later when you have more experience and are less likely to get discouraged
